Processing Time and Rush Orders

Processing Time

This is how long it will take to make, package, and drop off your order to the post office or for you to pickup locally!

Please remember your processing time/ TAT ONLY begins once payment is received and this is a rough estimate to provide room for any delays that may occur.

Current Processing Time Frame: 3 to 21 business days

Business Days: Monday through Friday

Rush Fee

We understand that sometimes you need your items extra fast! If you need your order completed sooner than our standard turnaround time or within 3 business days, we offer a $30 rush fee to prioritize and fast-track your request.

Rush orders are accepted based on current availability, so don’t be shy to reach out to us first to confirm we can accommodate your timeline with what you’re wanting.

We’re always happy to help when we can!

Mockup Preview

Mockups are available upon request or by selecting the option in applicable listings. We do not automatically send mockups by default to keep TAT timely! Please note that if no request is made, your order will be processed as submitted.

Item Issues

If your item is damaged, defective, or you received an incorrect item, please email us IMMEDIATELY at ibyxpressionz@gmail.com

Customers have 2 days after your order was delivered, to inspect your package and contact us regarding issues with your order. If we are not contacted within 2 days of you receiving your order, we are no longer able to resolve the issue.
